That helmet is not coming off. It's stuck on there quite firmly. However, Roz does manage to turn the dial one past see-through vision, to the bubble trapper.

An eyeball-themed bubble instantly forms, trapping both Roz and See-More inside. Whatever it is made of, it seems to be indestructible and more than a little sticky.
