Well this was familiar. She flinched and yelped when he grasped her neck, wincing and setting a hand back on his wrist as he squeezed. She may have wheezed his name.

And then as quick as he'd lunged at her he loosened his grip, and she didn't pull away or push him, right at first. She just watched, until he spoke and he wasn't shouting anymore. The last time they had spoken and he hadn't been shouting, he had died shortly after. She pushed him away from her throat but kept her hand on his wrist.

"...Hina," she said. "Hina Izumi. You possessed my brother, remember? The detective." Had dying made him lose his memory? And how in the world was he even alive again in the first place?
