[action - private to Erika, Tsubomi, Itsuki, Yuri, and Westar]
Tsubomi had been enjoying her time with her new friend (and fellow Precure), but it was easy to say that Erika was... well, exhausting. But she did appreciate what the more exuberant girl was trying to do for her, and... well, she'd be starting at a new school next term, and Erika seemed to know everyone better than she did.
So, she'd let the other girl drag her out of the house that day.
"So, um, Erika..." she said. "Where exactly are we going...?"
Of course, the fact she was only asking for specifics now was something Tsubomi wished she'd instead done sooner.

Erika has a plan. It goes like this:
1. Hijack Tsubomi.
2. Go to Itsuki's place.
3. Friendship.
It's a work in progress.

Oh Tsubomi...

In other words, no, she doesn't.

Ah, she really shouldn't intrude, whatever they're doing. So, she just prepares to head on her merry way, half hoping no one's actually noticed her.

"Not everything has to be about my stupid sister! I've got plenty going for me all on my own, like my great personality!"
She hasn't noticed Yuri at all.
no subject
"I-I'm sorry!" she said. "I didn't mean... that is, I just thought..."
Her verbal flailing was more than a sign that she was worried she screwed up. That changed, however, when she caught sight of someone not too far away from them.
"... Hey! Erika, look who it is!" she exclaimed, her expression lighting up. "It's Yuri...!"
And in a moment, her demeanor changed, and she began to wave enthusiastically to the older girl.

"Tsubomi," she says, and then after a second's pause: "Erika." She crosses her arms. "I suppose you two are doing well, today?"
no subject
"We're doing great!" Tsubomi exclaimed. "Erika was taking me to meet one of my future schoolmates!"
Then, she added, a bit hopefully, "Do... do you want to come along?"
no subject
"I wouldn't want to intrude."
It's not a no, which might be her first mistake.

zero to this icon quicker than I expected
"I would have anticipated you to be focusing on things besides school this soon after vacation started," she says, even as she was contemplating making her way to the library to study. But just because she has no life doesn't mean she expects the same of others!
no subject
"Well this is a pretty big change for me," she said. "And Erika wants to make sure I'm able to make friends..."
Did somebody request bad guys?!
He comes crashing through a window, landing heavily on a car with a beastly roar, whip cracking as he guides his newly enthralled horde. Some magical conditioning and they would make fine additions to Skeletor's bestiary.

He's adding to the chaos with a brand new Nakewameke. For this one, he's used a bicycle. It looks ridiculous and doesn't sound much better, thanks to it ringing its bell constantly, but it's moving pretty fast thanks to the wheels.
Dumb, but sometimes effective. Probably a good way to describe Westar in general, really. Speaking of him, he's just standing atop a streetlight, watching as all of this happens.
no subject
"What the heck is that thing?!"
She'll get the hang of it eventually.
no subject
"... Yuri," she said, reaching for the older girl's arm. "That's..."
no subject
"One of Skeletor's," she murmurs, voice just a little colder. Her eyes fall to who arrived with him. "And Westar."
Any and all focus towards being dragged along to some social meeting she'd have no idea what to do with leaves her, and she shakes her head, eyes darting off to a nearby alley. She's already moving, Heart Perfume finding its way to her hand. "We'll need to deal with this. Now."

"Ready...! Precure, open my heart...!"
A moment later, she had taken the form of Cure Blossom. The Precure nodded to her comrades, and once hey were all ready, she would begin by going after the bicycle monster, attacking it with a kick.
no subject
She has no words to spare for them, and knows for now that's probably best. She refuses to let herself get distracted, or let how she feels take hold of her.

Moonlight's attack strikes where he'd been a second later, sending his animal thralls scattering, but a roar from him quickly brings them back in line.
"Hey!" He turns his attention back to Moonlight, teeth bared. "What's she doin' here? I thought the boss already took her out!"
no subject
Beastman is someone to trade rapport with, which is good, because Marine's taking on the Namewameke. She runs forwards, leaping off the ground once she hits max speed to do a flying kick into whatever passes for the oversized bike's face.
no subject
"These Precure keep popping up from nowhere. I don't even question it anymore!"
He looks back to the fight just in time to see his Nakewameke get kicked. Just great.
"Hey, watch it!" He quickly scrambles back onto his earlier spot. "Nakewameke, don't just take that from her! Go!"
The bike monster turns back to Marine and starts moving towards her at full speed, aiming to crash into her.
no subject
Nevertheless, that didn't stop her from focusing on the battle... though it was clear Blossom wasn't quite so good at dividing focus, as she narrowly had to avoid being run over by the Nakewameke as it charged Marine.
Blossom narrowed her eyes, and tried to hit Westar's monster from behind with a punch.
no subject
...ah. It seemed trouble had come to her backyard itself, this time. For the moment, she's just standing back; she's just a normal girl, while these three are the Precure she's heard about before. And then there are the two that are fairly clearly in charge, plus a monster and quite a few animals. It's pretty clear to her that these girls are in over their heads, even if they are superheroes... should she try to help? Even if she isn't special like them, there are still things she can do. Perhaps things she should do.
no subject
After all, Skeletor's Evil Warrios even just acting as a distraction was what cost her before, wasn't it?
She tenses a bit, and almost seems to be lost in thought in the middle of the thought for a moment. What breaks her out of it isn't any of their enemies, however - it's a notice out of the corner of her eye of someone else observing the fight. A civilian. The last thing they really need stumbling in here...
She grits her teeth. Better to try and put up as much of a distraction to them as possible, then.
She suddenly lunges at Beastman with a flying leap. Energy forms in her palm again... which she once more launches at Westar while coming down at Beastman with a kick. "You can tell Skeletor he can not so easily destroy a Precure's heart!"
At least, when that Precure had something to pull her back.
no subject
...nope. Bike and Cure collide, and Marine is sent hurtling away from the high-speed impact.
no subject
He stops mid-gloating as he notices that energy heading right for him.
"Oh-"
And this time, he doesn't get out of the way quick enough and he's blasted away, right into a wall.
"Gh... Never mind what I said! Nakewameke, go for Cure Moonlight!"
"Nakewameke!"
And the monster turns quickly, its wheels screeching as it switches targets.
Forgive my slacking
Ugh, she really is the strong one.
Lifting a banana peel off his head, Beastman looks around the battle site for a second before his eyes fall on Itsuki watching from a distance. A wide grin splits his face and he roars again, pointing her way.
A chorus of howls, screeches and barks go up from his little pet army as the animals all lunge Itsuki's way with teeth bared. Let's see how well these Precure do while they're trying to save a bystander and fight Westar's monster.

And then she's vaguely aware of the gesture in her direction accompanied by a loud roar, and she realizes she's in trouble. Steeling herself, she closes her eyes briefly, calming herself... and then as the first animal, a fairly large dog, is upon her, her hands reach out and grasp it. One hand on the scruff of its neck, one gripping further down its spine, stepping forward and using the momentum to throw the beast into the crowd again. It's not a huge attack, but it's something.
A hand lashes out for a monkey and tosses it aside into a bush. A cat is scooped up and redirected past her some distance. A huge dog she can't deal with is sidestepped, and with grace she plants a hand on its back, jumps over it, pushes off, and lands after a flip. There's a lot of grace and technique, but not enough power. Still, she's holding her own... for now. Itsuki's eyes dart back and forth, hoping the next attack isn't any more complicated, as the horde closes again.
no subject
Meanwhile, she ran to where Marine had fallen. She bent down to help her friend up... when she caught sight of Itsuki finally. Blossom said, eyes wide, one of Marine's arms slung around her shoulder. That boy... he was fighting off those animals by himself...
"Cool..." she said, momentarily distracted.
no subject
She pointed an open palm at Westar and moved it in a circle, blue energy gathering. "Mariiiine... SHOOT!" A machine gun of water bolts hammered relentlessly at the villain!
no subject
Of course, at the same time, Marine is attacking Westar, while Blossom...
"BLOSSOM!" she snaps, throwing a hand to the brooch on her chest. "FOCUS!"
A flash of light, and she draws out her weapon. "Gather up, power of flowers! Moon Tact!" A twirl of it, and she slashes down at the oncoming Nakewameke - a wave of light streaks out, aiming to collide with it. If she can just stun it for one moment long enough...
no subject
"Hah! You'll have to try harder than shooting some bubbles to best me!"
The trade-off of this, however? It's keeping him focused on Marine.
Which means he doesn't notice that his Nakewameke is being targeted, preventing him from shouting instructions at it. It might be a stronger monster than its ridiculous looks suggest, but it's not too bright. With no orders, it decides that trying to ram Moonlight is the best response to being attack.
Meaning it runs straight into the energy of her Moon Tact.
...
You can really tell that this is one of Westar's monsters, what with its tactical brilliance and all. Yeah, that thing's stunned for a few seconds.
