He held up a hand, still talking rapidly but having to switch to Japanese for the next person he reached. After another minute he hung up, smiling.

"I found someone willing to let us in exchange for letting them look at a piece of equipment. You won't have to hand any of yours over if you don't want to; I have pieces that can be mocked up easily enough. We will need to be there within the next hour."
