RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Planetary Assessment of Pekopon for Keronian Addition
Pekopon is needless to say still an environmentally rich planet, desirability has not change significantly since last report. Many other aliens still view it as a tourist destination and may not respond kindly to a hostile take over - though the space economy is unlikely to be affected by a change over.
There is a phenomenon among the Pekoponjins that they call "Capes", where natives and aliens who display abnormal powers or intellect don strangeSentai-like costumes outfits and act as vigilantes and criminals to constantly rage battle. While normally divided, they all view Pekopon as their home and will put up a fierce response to enemy forces. In my humble assessment of their capabilities, I do not believe typical invasion tactics will work while Capes exist, many are capable of taking down entire fleets by themselves and some are capable of self-propelled space flight.
I will resume my intel gathering to look for potential exploits.
Will send another report at the scheduled time.
[He sighs as he hits send. That should buy Pekopon a few more months peace while his superiors rethink their tactics. Dororo sits back, pouring himself a cup of tea - deep in contemplation]
I hope I can keep this up.
[Public, Venture Park and other places in the city]
[He clicks on his cap, turning on the invisibility barrier before he steps out of the bushes - slowly breathing in the fresh air - nice sunny day, not too dry and not too hot. Perhaps he can keep an eye out on that explosive device, though Dororo doubts a criminal would hide such a thing in a heavily used park.
His thoughts were disrupted by a man shouting - yelling about his camera being stolen as another man ran by the invisible alien who then bolted after the thief]
That isn't yours!
[To observers it looks as if something slammed against the thief from the side, knocking him off balance - the camera flies from his hand and floats away before landing gently on the ground right in front of the owner's feet]
Dishonest living only leads to unfortunate ends.
Toya!
[The Keronian teleports away - chiding himself for carelessly risking exposure, but yet he could not just stand by. But despite this, through out the rest of the day there's been reports of an invisible protector stopping pickpockets and thieves all over the city with objects floating right back to their rightful owners]

Samus disappears into the park's shrubs to turn into The HUnter, teleporting her suit onto her around her civvie clothes. She adjusts some. Not the most comfortable, but it would be better than nothing. She headed back to the creatures spot, using her scan visor to see if there was a teleporter residue or forgotten objects in the area.

And given the amount of energy an invisibility barrier gives off - it shouldn't be too hard to track.

A big yellow/orange thing following him around with a blue visor probably would attract attention though.

"Very well," He answers calmly, somewhat on edge. If the armored figure wanted to attack him, they would've done so already - but he didn't feel like he could relax quite yet.

The visor flipped back to green before she spoke. "Good work on the petty thief. What interests an alien in Earth?" She seemed somewhat wary of him, though she might calm down if the information registered as something good. Or become more hostile if the information wasn't to her liking.

Dororo seems to consider her question, then he folds his arms over his chest, arms tucked under - a show that he won't be drawing weapons. "I simply wished to explore this beautiful planet during my leave - I suppose that technically would make me a space tourist."
Not quite the truth, but not an outright fabrication. Much as he loathed his real mission, he knows better then to say it out loud.

"Well, I suppose if we are touring together - then we should exchange names - I am Dororo." The Keronian bowed.
Re: Action
Re: Action
"A bag? Not a way I usually travel, but I suppose it would work."
Re: Action
"So Dororo, Where would you like to go?"

[He decides to mill around downtown to wait and see if he can catch a glimpse of the vigilante in action.]

[As soon as Dororo is done setting the cat down safely, Simon clears his throat and yells upward.]
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
[He catches a few stares for yelling up at nothing, but even small-scale heroes deserve some recognition!]

[He starts, pinwheeling - looking as though he was going to fall before he managed to balance himself on the tip of his toes. Dororo starts around, looking for the source of the voice before he pushes off the ledge, somersaulting so that he lands feet-first in a nearby tree - blinking Owlishly in Simon's direction]

Sorry, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to frighten you!

It is fine - I am simply not used to being praised while I am working - do not worry.
no subject
[Despite speaking in a quieter tone to match Dororo's, he's still getting a few passing glances for talking to a tree.]
...Would you mind if we spoke somewhere a little more private?
no subject
I believe that place would be out of public eye - will that suit you?
no subject
[He ducks into the alley while no one is looking, and is pleased to find that no one else is in there.]
no subject
I must confess - I did not expect anyone to see through the barrier like that.

[And now that he's closer to Dororo, he's noticing some more details. There's a fountain of spiritual energy pouring out of the tiny creature, and floating above him is... an unfinished electrical circuit?]
no subject
Ah! Seeing auras? No wonder you were able to sense me.
[And he looks strangely happy about that]
I suppose I was taking too much risks of exposure, but I could not stand by.
no subject
Oh, but.. Pardon me for asking, but why hide in the first place? The other heroes- and heck, the whole city- would welcome you with open arms, I'm sure!

Uh.. Sorry, peko-what?
