You Can't Fight City Hall

One in the morning. At this point, even the night life of the city is beginning to die down. A perfect time for sneaking around. Except in this case, the goal isn't to steal, but to save.

Inchling Girl tightens the mask around her eyes, staring up at the classic architecture. She didn't NEED a mask, but it seemed like the thing to do. The fact it was just a cheap piece of cloth around her eyes with eyeholes cut out didn't mean much. "This is gonna be tough," she mutters. She looks at the others. "Okay guys. We know this place has a good possibility. If I were trying to hide something, though, I'd also pick a place nobody would expect. So I think we oughta split up and try to check the unlikely places out! I can get real tiny and check out a bunch of places! What're you guys gonna do?"

Soma pulled his cloak tighter around himself, leaving only his pale face and hair visible. "If you need help getting up to high places I can change into a bat or summon one for you to ride." He considers. "I can also drop a small area of complete darkness around me if necessary - rest of my skills are combat related."

Grand Papillon, meanwhile, is looking like his usual larger than life self... although at least he isn't delivering all of his dialogue at top volume, as a concession to the whole sneaking mission thing. There's something weirdly familiar about that pale pointy guy. Something about the cheekbones, maybe?

"That's funny, we have almost the same powers! ...I only turn myself invisible, though."

Or is it the hairstyle? It looks kind of like that one guy's on that one soap opera... No, no, that isn't it. Man, this is going to be bugging him for the whole mission.

Dr. Telephosphor, as usual, felt a little out of place around all of these powered people. Whatever he was going to do, it wasn't going to involve shrinking or becoming invisible or turning into a bat.

"Well, whatever we're looking for, if it's remote controlled I think there is a good chance that it is broadcasting over some kind of radio frequency," he said, pulling a small, black box with an antenna on it out of his medical satchel. "S-so I brought an RF detector."
