Sooooo. I went and talked to Protector-and he told me that without his maps of the Omegabase, which he kept in the omegabase even he doesn't know where all the entrances of the base are. I mean, not all the phones in town are entrances, are they? Right?

...Guys, please tell me we aren't going to have to survey three thousand telephone booths. I don't want to have to do that.

How big of a rocket? If you're gonna be probing the city, do we really need to put this thing into orbit?

Probably the smallest you got if you have any. Preferably a little maneuvering rocket. Trying to make little disposable things.

But rockets are seriously not the way to go if you want this thing to move around town.

Well, I could slap together better thrusters, but it's a lot faster to take what's already available and put that together. I think though I could do better if we both knew what resources we're working with. Have a place we can work together in?

She was there as fast as she could. The slimmed down high speed form jetted across the yard and to Hanger 10 to meet up with Kerbal-X on this project.

[hanger 10 was blacked out for a good reason. it was where Jeb kept all the scrap he didn't want to use for rockets. Scrap from...other rockets. Alien rockets. Flying saucers and even a few scrapped pieces of dinosaur spaceship.]

She slowed to a walk as she approached. Now this might be useful. Some of it. They didn't look like 100% familiar materials, but a flexible high heat material would be perfect to make thrusters like those on her back wings. Though she did wait for Jeb before just trying to bust in or something!

"Hey. What are you doing here?" That wasn't Kerbal-X. It was someone much higher up on the food chain at the spaceport. It was, unquestionably, the voice of mister Jebediah Kerman himself. "Who told you about this?"

She rubbed her head some. "Kerbal-X. I was supposed to meet him here. Sorry." She didn't recognize Jeb yet, she didn't really know any hero out of uniform yet.

Jebediah looked around the hanger and then scoffed. "Don't bother waiting for him though. This junk's free for the taking if you've got hero business, but bring back what you don't use, okay?"

"All right, thanks. I'll look through it and just leave what I don't need. I have a build plan in mind, used to make flyers all the time, though normally using fresh materials," she said with a wave before looking over the different parts and pieces. She wanted to mostly looking for solid casing pieces and controllable thrusters. Be great if she could find ring thrusters like hers.
