AIt's a busy day in the media world this Saturday as famous billionaire philanthropist Bruce Wayne makes his return to the US after a lengthy overseas trip and Venture City is his first stop. There's the usual turnout of media, camera flashes going off as both the paparazzi and legitimate photographers try to get a photo as he walks off the private jet and to the waiting limo. Bruce seems more than happy to do the whole smiling and waving thing, while the ever-present Alfred Pennyworth seems much less enthused.
He's quite happy to stop and talk to the press as well, if anybody wants to actually approach him.
BThings haven't slowed down much by the time nightfall rolls around either. Bruce Wayne has long since retired from the public eye, off to do whatever it is billionaire playboys do in their free time as far as the public is concerned. But now something else has taken to the city.
The Batman, a myth as far as most people are concerned, crouches on the ledge of one of the many buildings in Venture City. He'd been away for some time now, and some things have changed while others remained the same. The Omegafriends had expanded considerably, adding new members to their ranks. But the criminals of the city didn't seem any less bold. That was going to have to change.
Straightening, he steps over the edge, cape billowing out like wings as he descends over the city. It was time to get back to work.
[OOC: So option A is open to anybody who wants to be around for Bruce's arrival to the city. If any newsy types want to ask some questions, he'll gladly stop to talk. Option B is open to... well, anything. Civvies running into trouble, heroes who need an assist or villains that are up to no good. Hit me with whatever you got.]
